In the Multi Jet Fusion process, a heat-absorbing fusion agent is printed into the plastic powder, which melts homogeneously under direct heat exposure. Thanks to this unique MJF technology, there is no longer any anisotropy of mechanical properties! A consistent high tensile strength of at least 48 MPa is achieved in X, Y, and Z-axes, resulting in a positive result for you as the customer: With this innovative technology, we are able to produce even extremely complex shapes in a very short production time.
